The client is a renowned five-star resort located in Malaysia. Serving a high-end Muslim clientele, the hotel sought a flooring upgrade for its grand lobby and prayer areas.

• Specific Aesthetics: The project required a fusion of traditional Muslim patterns with modern luxury; the design had to be highly customizable to match the hotel’s opulent interior.

• Physical Performance: Given the high-traffic environment, the carpet needed excellent anti-slip properties and a comfortable underfoot feel.

• Safety & Certification: The product is backed by BSCI, ISO9001, and ISO14001 audits. It also meets Class B1 flame retardancy standards, one of the highest ratings for building materials.

• Low MOQ & Rapid Response: To support high-end customization, we offered a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 100SQM, easing the client’s concerns regarding partial repairs and initial sampling.
