33.3 x 100 cm Nylon Carpet Plank for Airports and Public Buildings

Built for the toughest public interiors, this plank uses a 600 g/sqm multi-level loop nylon pile and a POE (polyolefin) backing to handle airport terminals, railway stations and exhibition halls. The 33.3 x 100 cm format installs fast along long corridors and cuts cutting waste compared with square tiles.

Every batch is tested to U.S. standards: ASTM E 648 Class B1 flame spread, ASTM E 662 smoke density below 450 DMC, AATCC TM 134 static propensity under 2.0 KV, ASTM D 1335 tuft bind above 8.0 and AATCC TM 165 colour fastness of grade 4.5 or higher. Test reports can be issued with quotations for tender packages.

We chose these carpet tiles for our Berlin office building renovation, and they are perfect for commercial use. The B1 fire rating meets all our safety compliance requirements, which is a must for large office spaces. 100% nylon loop pile is extremely durable under heavy foot traffic, and the antibacterial & anti-fouling properties keep the tiles clean and fresh even in high-use areas. Installation was quick and easy, and they still look brand new after years of daily use.
