CRI Green Label Plus Low VOC Solution Dyed Nylon Carpet Tile Modular Carpet Tile

This 50x50cm modular tile is tufted from 100% solution dyed nylon 66 in a multi-level loop construction, with 640 g/sqm pile weight and a 6.0 mm total thickness. Because the colour is added to the polymer before the fibre is extruded, the yarn keeps its shade after bleaching, spotting and repeated hot water extraction.

The tile is qualified under the CRI Green Label Plus programme with VOC emission below 0.5 mg/m³, and the PVC free E-Bac backing keeps the module flat under rolling loads. Every square can be lifted and replaced on its own, so a stained tile never means replacing a whole floor.

Solution dyed yarn can be matched to your Pantone or RAL reference from 500 square meters. Lab dips are submitted for approval before bulk production.
