This 50x50cm carpet tile is tufted from 100% nylon yarn in a multi-level loop structure with a 610 g/sqm pile weight. The dense multi-level loop surface traps soil below the pile tips and releases it under normal vacuuming, so the floor keeps a uniform appearance between scheduled deep cleaning cycles. Spills and coffee stains lift with warm water and standard carpet detergent, which cuts daily housekeeping labour for facility teams.

The 9.2mm cushion backing in polyolefin adds underfoot comfort and impact absorption while keeping the tile dimensionally stable under rolling loads. A tuft bind above 6.0 (ASTM D 1335) keeps the pile locked to the backing when tiles are lifted, rotated or replaced, and colour fastness of 4.5 or higher (AATCC TM 165) protects the shade in sunlit corridors. Tiles are interchangeable, so worn squares in lift lobbies and walkways are swapped individually instead of replacing the whole floor.
