How is castor chair performance judged?

Castor chair resistance is assessed with a continuous use test in which a loaded chair with standard castors runs over the sample for thousands of cycles. Tiles rated for continuous use show no pile breakdown or delamination after the test.

Does a higher pile weight make the tile harder to clean?

No. The loop surface is dense but flat, so a standard vacuum and damp mop routine removes soil. What changes is wear life, not cleaning effort.
